L Street Diner & Pizzeria

The L street dinner offers huge portions of delicious food. The bathroom isn't the cleanest but the food is worth it. We usually order take out and the food is always delivered fast and hot. My favorite is the broccoli calzone. Best of Boston 2003, Also serves some good irish food and has daily specials. Full breakfast menu.

A great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, to go or sit down. Its not the chic-est place around but its quant, clean and friendly. The best of it all is the food, no question. Parking is available on surrounding streets. This is a local pride and both locals and visitors alike go here. They have genuine Irish cuisine such as blood pudding and Irish bacon but for the less adventurous, you can have your steak tips dinner or L Street Omelette both excellent choices! Ive had just about everything to eat (except the blood pudding) at L Street Diner and have loved everything. It truly is home cooking. More often than not, I hear a brogue from the elder generation, enjoying the home cooking and long time friends. Quite heart warming. You can sit down and eat roast turkey dinner, served with real mashed potatoes, house-made stuffing, gravy, squash and green beans or just an excellent pizza for dinner. The service is very quick and always friendly and welcoming. They deliver as well, I believe at no charge. I HIGHLY recommend L Street Diner.
