Definitely a more upscale and classier place for being in the heart of UMASS students. They have very good italian food and a nice selection on their menu. Good place to go if in town.

La Cucina is an upscale restaurant in the heart of Amherst-not the type of place you will find a bunch of college students. They offer an extensive mixed drink selection, as well as beer and wine. The menu has something for everyone-a variety of beef, poultry and seafood dishes.

Great Italian restaurant with extensive variety of Italian cuisine. Very expensive to me(budget college student), which explains their patronage by a more mature (and affluent) crowd. Food is great, service is fast and friendly, but food took about 40 minutes (slow in my mind) to be served.
