Pediatric Health Care Associates PC

Because the office has several locations and numerous pediatricians available, same day appts. are easy to get (which is wonderul when you don't want your sick child to suffer through one more night). They have just upgraded to a computer system, so no matter what doctor you go to; all of your childrens' medical info is right on screen for the doctor to see. You can request the same doctor or go to whoever can see your child right away. I also have never had to wait more than 10minutes and they have always been very accommodating and helpful to me when I bring in my twins.

Far too many doctors. They are now up to 23! When I joined 7 years ago when my first son was born they had far less and my son usually saw his primary. As the practice grew larger over time I got tired of seeing so many different doctors every time one of my children was sick. No consistancy of care. I recently switched to a practice with 1 doctor who actually returns phone calls! Not like at PHCA where a nurse returns your call an hour later trying to convince you not to come in.

I have been with this practice for 27 years I have FOUR grown children 27.26,25,21 and I am back to the practice with our FIFTH child... She is now 1 years old!! I would highly recommend these doctors You can always get an appointment on the same day if your child is sick and they can handle most emergencies in their office, keeping you out of the ER.. They also will refer you to a specialist if you have the need for one.. without any hassle-DB Lynnfield

I have been with PHCA for 8 years now, my children have been regular patients, some years it's become our home away from home, we are there so much. I noticed one below review that said she "sees to many differnt MD's" - I ALWAYS REQUEST MY SAME PHYSICAINS FOR ALL APPT.S, they never have a problem with that, we have mostly lucked out and she has been on call on emergency nights, also. The different doctors ARE NOT AN INCONVIENIENCE, they are ALL NICE, I'd say find one you like and that's who you stick with. The best part is that you AVOID THE EMERGENCY ROOM, for basics, like high fevers ! There great !

I've been very happy with this pediatricians office. They have 15 doctors on staff and you can always get an appointment if needed, they have regular business hours 7 days a week. I sometimes feel a bit rushed by our usual doctor but I'm confident that he knows what he's doing! All in all, I've been very happy and wouldn't want to go elsewhere!

I have taken my children here for the past 6 years. In fact, this was my pediatric office when I was a child. The drs are kind and caring. They are extremely thorough in their exams and they are open practically 24/7. You can always get in for a same day sick appointment. I feel completely confident in their care, My only complaint is there is always a wait- I never see the dr on time, but at least they keep you waiting in a room versus the waiting room with the other sick children.

nice doctors and staff....lots of doctors, but i prefer to have one doctor, they don't really get to know your kids. great idea, someone always being available when your kids are sick, but it wasn't for me. not bad, just overkill!
