YOU REALLY WONT DO BETTER AT BALISE OF W. SPRINGFIELD MA! Very Deceptive selling practices, disorganized and dirty. We were there for a total of 4 hours before anyone saw us.

We had the most horrible experience at Balise Toyota in W Springfield. Unless you plan on being there for countless hours, being quoted different prices from the sales person to Josh, the financial manager, this place really is (as several people have already said in their reviews) a three ring circus. No one knows what they are doing. You really won't do better at BaliseToyota.

We visited Balise Honda at the end of the month to look at Honda Certified Pre-Owned Odysseys. There were three of the model we were interested in on the lot, and all three were absolutely filthy inside. Dried soda, massive juice stains (including one two foot diameter stain in the headliner), carpets were filthy, etc. Obviously, all three of the cars had not been cleaned before they were put on the lot for sale. The exteriors were in pretty good shape, although one had a rather large rock chip right on the middle of the hood and another had a noticeable dent on the driver's side fender.
We called in the morning before heading up, and over the phone they were "eager to sell" and "had to sell 6 cars today." Well, they came in at a whopping $500 less than they advertised on the Internet. Mind you, the retail price they were asking was for a vehicle in excellent condition, whereas the vehicles we saw would qualify for "fair condition" on the trade in scale. The only car we drove had obviously warped brake rotors, I guess they must have "missed" that in the rigorous 150 point certification inspection ;-)
On the plus side, our salesperson was very good, he didn't pressure us and was honest. Unfortunately, he didn't have any quality cars to work with, and they wouldn't budge more than $500 off their advertised prices, even given the poor condition of their Certified Used vehicles.
I don't know how the are on new cars, but I wouldn't recommend them for any used car based on our experience.

We bought our Honda here. I must say they were great. We first bought a sport type car and the seat was really uncomfortable. We had it for awhile but they still took it back and got us a completely different car. They did try at first to change the seats but found out that they aren't changeable in this model of car. They were great about the entire thing. I would recommend them.

I have purchased several automobiles from Balise Honda including two within the past year. I have also had my cars serviced there right on schedule. Always a fair price and complete service. I would highly recommend that you trade with them.

We did our homework, bought an 07 CRV for a reasonable price. Deal included a trade-in which was given very fair trade in value. We were serious, so were they, we we in an out in 1 1/2 hours.

I have only used their service department but I have been veery satisfied. They have been able to answer all of my questions and take care of any problems that my car has had. They aren't too expensive either.

Purchased a new 2007 Honda Fit Sport in April 2006, had intentions of buying a used Civic until the salesman told me about the Fit since I was looking for something Sporty and gets good gas milege. Traded in a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport and they gave me a very good tradein value towards the Fit. If I am in the market for another Honda I will be back here!

I went here several times for repairs and was charged way over market value and still had problems, which, of course, had nothing to do with the previous problem. I finally decided to buy a new car and they wouldn't take mine it trade for any reasonable amount of money. Wonder why?
PROS: nothing
CONS: service and price and everything else
