The Wellfleet Marketplace is a great spot for a quick breakfast, generous lunch or hearty and delicious prepared take home dinner. The food stuffs they stock are first rate and the staff is always polite and helpful. Try theirs soups in the winter! It may cost a little more than a national chain but the quality and service you get far excels!

The Wellfleet Market Place is located in the very heart of Wellfleet. The location and the fact that Wellfleet has no major food chain in tbe area makes the Market Place a very busy store indeed. Avoid shopping there on weekends when tourists are first arriving and doing their initial store runs. This place can be a zoo! But despite the crowds, the service is always friendly and helpful. Costs are undoubtly higher in tourist season. They also feature take out dinners and sandwiches, all tasty treats.
