I had a root surgery done at the office and was very happy with the explanation and information I received before my work was done. They answered all my questions before they worked on me and they gave me an estimate of my insurance coverage too which was very helpful in planning for my treatment. The assistant that worked with me was very caring and thoughtful, she even brought me a blanket because I felt cold! I have since sent both my parents there for root canals and heard nothing but good things from them. (phew!) This review asked me what tips I would give other customers. The only thing I can think of is to look at your insurance coverage before you come in so you know what you're working with. Dental insurance isn't like medical insurance and doesn't cover everything. I learned a lot from talking to the girls about my insurance that I didn't know before I came in!

I was recently sent to Central New England Endodontics for a root canal. The work performed was satisfactory. However the billing procedures are deceptive and unethical and I would not go here again. They billed quite a bit more than they originally quoted and claimed the insurance did not cover the balance they anticipated. Their fee was 20% higher than 5 other offices in the area. I would not used this office. My dentist has received many similar complaints and no longer recommends this office. Find another doctor. They over charge and bill deceptively.

Was scared out of my mind, only thing i felt was the Novocaine in the roof of my mouth, worst part was the noise and trying to keep my mouth open so wide for the hour procedure, no tooth pain after just some sore gums. Saw Dr. Desilets

Root Canal

I had my first root canal here. I was scared the whole time it would hurt - but it didn't! The staff was very patient and caring and the doctor was great! I would recommend them to anyone!
