I was very pleased to find this inner city oasis for plants and gardening needs the family run garden center is full of knowledge and a great variety of plants shrubs and especially vegetables and herbs GREAT PRICES AND SELECTION AND ALL IN A#1 condition

I've been going to Ricky's Flower Market ever since I first moved to Union Square. That was over tn years ago. I've since moved away and still I go back to frequent Ricky's.

As with all Garden Centers Ricky's has the usual selection of seasonal items in stock. The quality of service however and the attention to details in caring for what they have in stock at Ricky's makes Ricky's Garden Center one of the best maintained centers in the area bar none. It is clean and friendly.

Ricky's also has one of the largest selections of plants available of any urban garden center I've been to.

The stock at Ricky's is constantly updated and if you cannot find what you are looking for at Ricky's... patience, as they will have it in stock sooner or later.

PROS: Personalized service, attention to details, clean with a great selection
CONS: very busy on holidays

This place does not have a very good variety of plants - rather, as new plants come into season, they will have like 500 of the same thing. It is boring to shop around. In the wintertime it transforms into a Xmas tree market, and I have had very bad customer service there. The men working acted very rude.
