Kamel Hassan's Barn

Happened by chance on this small business while shopping for a mattress. I felt comfortable and noticed that they seem to have smart control over their selection--they have resisted being pushed around by the big mattress manufacturers to carry complete lines and they can pick out the good stuff in each price tier. I was impressed enough to buy without further research, but of course I had to check after the fact--surprise!--every online price was at least $50 more (as much as $150 more). About the furniture: I'm a woodworker moving toward small scale furniture production so I inquired about possibilities. I was not only treated respectfully and encouraged, but also got a mini-tour revolving around the joinery quality and pricing of pieces--they carry some very good quality mass production furniture and some higher quality stuff from smaller and more local shops. Overall pretty affordable across the spectrum: this is not a snooty high-end furniture store and yet they do have some stuff--not overpriced--that you can tell was handmade and that will last forever.

Kamel Hassen's.Great furniture.Excellent prices. Wonderful service.Planning on getting a recliner from there soon.Most of our furniture is from there.

This is a little gem of a store. Great service, free delivery, good prices (I compared several stores). Shop at the big stores and then order from them. You won't be sorry.

Kamel Hassan carries high quality furniture. The prices are a bit high but you are assured that what you get will last. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They carry a limited assortment of styles in certain things. The delivery is on time and the deliverers do a good job of setting up the furniture for you.
