best Chinese north of Boston- having lived in SF and LA and enjoyed their Chinatown offerings- and spent time in Hong Kong and Mainland China, I consider Lee Chen one of the best - quiet atmosphere, attentive waitstaff, top quality ingredients all combine to offer a great dining experience - arrive before 3 PM for their luncheon specials- a great treat at a great price. on the North Andover-Lawrence line

Descent Chinese food and a really clean atmosphere. Even though they do not have the best food around they seem to be the best of what Andover/Lawrence has to offer. I do not recommend their crab ragoons because they seem small and disgusting compared to other Chinese restaurants I have been to. If you do not mind driving around check out Royal Dynasty in Wilmington for much better food.

* the food is exorbantly priced for dinner compared to lunch menu prices which serves as more complete menu - and if you were going to dine i reccommend only during lunch hours,
* management - should speak nicely about customers behind their backs,, i understand fluent cantonese- manadarin and korean and the verbal onslaught they gave under their breath about a claimant who had a complaint was appalling disrespectful and unprofessional
* their south american waiters are the most polite undocumented -uinsured-unvaccinated-workers i have seen in all of Greater Lawrence : ) - they are best of the worst
The food is classic family style Chinese cuisine. The service is excellent with highly attentive and personable staff
I have been to many Chinese restraraunts and Lee Chin is by far THE BEST. The people who work there really make you feel special. (Ask for Jason he is the best waiter).
Now the important part, The food, AWESOME I highly recommend the chicken soon and lobster in black bean sauce. Also the prawn amazing is just that AMAZING
Try it I promise you, will not be disappointed.

fast service, yummy food, great prices especially for lunch time! the staff treats you like youre in a 5 star restraunt, but its extremely casual. thumbs up to lee chen!

You really don't see any Chinese restaurants around with table clothes. This has the best Chinese food and excellent servide.
