In ShortFounded in 1901 in Chicago by Charles R. Walgreen Sr., this neighborhood pharmacy has grown to be one of the nation's largest drugstore chains. Each store carries 25,000 different items--from cleaning products to electronics and greeting cards. Store features include a computerized system connecting pharmacies nationwide via satellite, grocery-store food aisles, one-hour photofinishing and an automated phone system for prescription refills and pre-arranged pickup times. This is a fine store. it has stocked shelves most of the time, but i have had very bad experiences with the photo department. the lines are always long.

There are enough people in this store to help you find what you want IF it's in stock. The trouble is that if it's the start of a sale, it probably isn't in stock.
If you want to send in a rebate for something, you may want to purchase elsewhere as they cannot print you a rebate receipt.
PROS: Nice People
CONS: Poorly Stocked, No Rebate Receipt Capability
