The Rockin K does for Bridgewater what Cheers did for Boston; A place where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a wrap, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. With its commitment to supporting organic and local products, the Rockin K sets itself apart from the rest. Without a doubt the best coffee in Bridgewater.

Diane and the gang over at Rockin' K Cafe are always friendly and ready to serve you. I have been visiting for several years and I am never let down. If you are looking to beat the unfriendly atmospheres at all the big chains, head on down to Rockin' K and get it done right with a smile!

When I ordered the Falafel wrap, she made a fresh batch, and asked if I'd like some tabbouli in it. Oh, yummy!
Pros: Falafel to die for
Cons: Small, limited menu, but then that makes it homey!!!
First of all, I am a young professional that owns a business here in Bridgewater and also work in Boston as an executive for a software company. This says a lot about where I typically eat. Since I am in Boston quite a bit I frequent places like the top of the hub quite frequently. I am used to that quality of food and service.
I am very..very picky!
Having said that I must admit that I was very surprised at how much I've grown to love The Rocken K Cafe! The owner Dianne is an amazing human being who is very passionate about giving back to the community. She prepares the food at the K with this same level of passion and you can taste the difference contrasted against the cold mechanical production lines from other establishments! This produces tastes that more then rival anything in Boston. I walk 3 blocks down the street from an office I have in Bridgewater when I have a coffee shop right under me that serves food.. It's worth it.
I have had lunch meetings at the K with engineers from Boston and even invited my CEO. These are people I would not subject anything but the absolute best to.
My only caveat? Just don't come here expecting to run out the door as if it was McDonalds... Call ahead! The quality takes craftsmanship and that takes time! It is always worth it, always.
I'd pay triple to eat at the K. Period.
Pros: Tastes that rival Boston's best! Great people. Amazing owner.
Cons: None unless you want an amazing meal in 10 seconds.. not going to happen! :P Nor should it.
For committed Vegans this is the only place to go in the Bridgewater area. Diane buys locally and organically, and it is attentive to the details that make or break cafes which claim to be sensitive to issues such as food production and workers rights. Rockin' K practices what it preaches, and for that it gets the big thumbs up.
The food is hand made in a cozy atmosphere, crazy art and local hanger outs (such as this old dirt hippie reviewer) can enjoy sandwiches and wraps such as a grilled vegetable, organic bean soup, tomato soup (yum!) The Rockin K does sell sandwiches which contain meat but I'll leave that area to those who have more experience than I.
Get there, and get right!
Pros: Good vegan food, fair trade coffee and chocolate
Cons: could be a tad bigger/ if bringing a lot of people call ahead to schedule.
