South Adams Savings Bank

I opened a checking acct there 4 weeks ago .. Since then i have had numerous of bounced checks because of one error they made 2 weeks after i opened my acct .. They denied payment on a check i sent out so it bounced and charged me $25 then a day later reversed it and charged me $25 and let the check clear and my acct didnt have any change in the funds amount in those days .. They were suppose to fix problem and take away all charges .. They never took away charges and my acct just kept on bouncing one after another now im sitting on all their bounce check fees and all of my vendors which i forgot to add is im a small business owner and am barely making ends meet to begin with .. Well i also have an acct at adams coop for the past 2 years and havent ever had not one problem .. So my opinion is to anyone looking to open a acct with south adams think of what im telling you and try a different bank .. I wish i could show my print out so people would believe me .. Good luck

South Adams Savings Bank is a local bank with friendly employees. I work mainly with their mortgage department with regard to residential loans. That department does an excellent job with providing the very best for the members.
