My husband and I had a wonderful experience in your store today, we were looking for a new faucet for the kitchen and were perplexed as to which one was the right one, your associate a young man I believe his name was Ed came over and asked if he could assist us, I do not know how long it has been since someone in a business has asked us that, he helped us with the right faucet and very patiently explained to my husband how he could install it himself and went over it a couple of times he also picked out the right fittings to go along with the unit. Ed is certainly a triple asset to Home Depot and he made our vist to your store extremely pleasant.

We went in looking for something when we weren't able to find it we asked customer service in which they spent twenty minutes helping us find what we were looking for. Once they found it they made several calls to other stores looking for the second thing we needed. When none of their stores had them they gave us several ideas of what to do and where to go. They went above and beyond to help us.
