I went here to get my hair fixed after I have decided to go lighter. It took a long time to fix my hair. One concern I had was that my hair was first colored then highlighted, which added additional exposure to my already damaged hair. This also caused the hair processing to take twice the time!!! I had to return again several times to get my hair readjusted, because there were areas that were not right. I was never told what it would cost me until I went to pay for it and I was shocked! What was I supposed to do? It was already finished so I had to pay, I just wish I was told what it would cost before it was started.
When I went to see my sister, who I had not seen in a while, she said nothing about my hair for two days so I asked her. I wish I had not asked her. She said that it was inconstant and that I had major roots throughout the back of my hair. I just had it done! why would I have roots and why would there be big chunks of different colors! Then she asked me what I paid for it, I was so embarrassed to tell her what I had paid for it. I do not have the money to go back into this salon or another to get my hair fixed again. I just feel dejected about the experience.
This was a great experience to be pampered and made to feel very special. The staff was very professional and good spirited. They made it all fun and relaxing.
