This is a pretty good historic hotel. It is not very family-friendly, so leave the kids at home. The rooms are not very quiet and the walls are thin. This hotel is in a convenient location, close to shopping. The room was small and so was the bathroom. The bed was not very comfy.

The Lenox Hotel has absolutely beautiful rooms. Though the hotel itself is expensive, there are various discounts available. I've stayed here several times and really have no complaints. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms feature Aveda products. The service is fabulous, and there's a friendly Irish gentleman named Pat, I believe, who can offer you great advice about the city. The Lenox is a stone's throw from the T, and it's located right in the heart of Boston.
