food there is yuck, lame service, and waitresses are aged and big. coffee is good. lighting is good. ice cream is like diarrhea products. Turst me, when those old and big assed waitresses shaking their ass to entertain you, all you want is run away. well, it's a cheap place though.

Pleased with the service, prices, and setting. It is not fancy, but it is clean, comfortable (for the whole family), and very reasonable. I've had breakfast there 4 or 5 times, dinner twice, and ice cream cones(Hershey) with the kids at least a dozen times. The food is home cooking. No complaints. I'll be back again.

I love to go to this palce when we go to visit friends in Orange. It's about half way there and right on Rt 202.
The food is home cooking. Yankee pot roast, meatloaf opened face sandwiches and regular American fare as well. Plent of desserts, especially ice cream, but baked goods as well.Very reasonable prices. Always full of locals so that tells you something!

I am not sure why but this place is always hopping. I have not been impressed with the food here. The burgers are good and they have a good kids menu but most of the other dinners are not that tasty. They have an ice cream counter and the prices are very resonable. I guess it is a good place for a quick bite to eat it you are just looking for some diner food.

Hawleys Family Restaurant is a great place to have a nice hearty breakfast and a warm cup of joe. The wait staff is friendly and after a few visits they'll remember your remember your favorite menu items...

My wife and I are huge fans of the Cheesburger Club. It's cooked to order and will ill you up. Don't miss the many flavors of ice cream for desert...

My only complaint was for a few of the pasta dishes, I though they were fairly bland...
