I absolutely love Buff's honey hot tenders. I am surprised they have not moved to a larger location, but that could be a part of the allure to the place. It can be tough for the staff to be attentive when its busy, but if you are patient they are friendly! The blue cheese dressing served is excellent, with real chunks of blue cheese! I can't praise this place enough!

This a small bar that serves food. It seats about ten around the bar and has table seating for another 30 or so. After 5pm, expect to wait up to a half hour for a table. Seating at the bar is also a long wait. The reason why, the food is THAT good. It's just bar food, but they make it taste great. Their nachos are piled high with chicken and beef and smothered in cheese. Buff's is mostly known for their wings and tenders. I usually order the honey hot tenders if I am getting the food to go and the honey hot wings if I am eating there. They do have buffalo seasoning for everything, but the honey hot is sweet with just a touch of heat. A full order of wings has about 40 wings and costs about $8. A full order of tenders has about 5 or 6 tenders and costs about $6. They do charge a 50 cent take out fee, probably to cover the cost of the packaging.
Parking can be found out front on Washington Street, but I usually park in the lots behind Uno's at Newton Corner.

Best wings in Boston. I was lucky enough to live nearby and became a bit of a local. The place is a great hang out for locals and out of towners alike. Staff is great, most have been there for a long time and know all the locals. I have not lived in the area for several years and it is nice to go back and have the same experience at Buffs. Food is yummy, prices are good and the people are nice, what else could you ask for? Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Buff's is known for its wings, and there's a reason for that. They are SO FREAKING GOOD. Personally, I love the honey hot wings. My husband goes for the honey hot tenders because he doesn't like to get his fingers dirty (or maybe it's because there's more meat on them...) The nachos are really yummy too.
I lived around the corner for four years, and Buff's was like our Cheers. The staff is so friendly and for a little hole in the wall place, the food is REALLY surprisingly good! ("World Class" might be a bit of a stretch, but it deserves better than "very good.") My favorite sandwich is only served in the summer - Fresh mozzarella with tomato and pesto on a baguette type of roll. Sooooo good.
Park in the metered lot off of Pearl street (the next street over from Washington Street) or if you're lucky you might get a meter out front. The food is really much better than you would expect by looking at the place. Don't be fooled by the exterior. It certainly doesn't jump out at you. Take your chances and check it out. Sometimes there's a wait for a table but you can always order take-out. (It's about $.50 more to pick up than to eat in.)
Oh, and if Dave is behind the bar, order a margarita.
