I went in for service and found the people very nice and helpful. Got me the information I was looking for in my car. I dropped my car off and I was happy to get a call from them saying it was ready to go than the time promised. Thank you very much you did a great work in my car.

The staff is very friendly and confident. They have honest mechanics that won't try to rip you off or anything. They'll explain anything you want to know about your car. I had my tires changed here, my clutch replaced as well as my brake pads and rotors.

I called the shop for a quote. He said it would be expensive and gave me a cheap way to fix it so I could get by. It was really nice of them. He even explained what was going on and everything. Very cool guy! I'll be going back for sure.

I have been coming here for years. I know it's hard to find an honest mechanic but these guys are great. They explain everything so you can understand which is especially important to a woman. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

I have been bringing my Ford truck to Bill and Mike for several years. I have always found them to have excellent customer service. They are friendly, courteous, and communicate well. Their prices are reasonable and word done is explained well. I will continue using them.

My car was towed promptly, which was a good thing as it was stuck at home. The problem was diagnosed properly and the repair was done quickly and professionally. I was treated courteously. This was the second service I needed on this vehicle and if I need help again I will definitely be calling Bill and Mike Automotive.

A few months ago, I took my Suzuki Swift (that's like a Geo metro) 5 speed in to Bill & Mike Automotive; Bill gave me an estimate of $2000, and it ended up being $1500 including a new clutch, plus sending my transmission away for rebuilding. I felt it was very reasonable, and was grateful that the charges ended up lowered then the estimate.

I do not know what to do if my co-worker did not tell me about you guys. I am new in town and my car had broken down. Thank you for the towing service and got my car fixed back up and running. Also, I am so glad that it was just a minor problem, but any major repairs, you have one new customer (Me) who will go to Bill and Mike Automotive to get any tune-ups or maintenance.

It is difficult these days to fix your own car, Bill and Mike Automotive always informs me of what is wrong and how they need to fix the problem. They also have a 24 hour towing service. Thank you for Great Service.

My truck was running awful when I brought it in to get looked at. Within a few days, it was fixed and back on the road. I was completely satisfied with the work done and the price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been a customer of Bill & Mike for more than 4 years. I do not even live close to their shop but whenever I have car issues I will go the extra distance to have this shop do my repairs. Bill & Mike is always very professional and polite. He goes out of his way to take care of his customers by providing clear information, loaner cars when he has one and excellent quality service. I had a lot of towing issues, and they were knowledgeable about all different makes/models of cars plus area shops you could take a damaged car to. They were quick to respond to my call, jumped through hoops to help me out, and I would highly recommend that they be your FIRST call for emergency road service.

These guys are terrific. Their pricing is fair, their tow drivers extremely helpful, and the service can't be beat. I've used them and two other places in the last year for auto services and Bill and Mike's is better than Don and Wally's or Munro by a country mile.

Ok, so I've lived all over the US in many different cities, and I just have to say that Bill & Mike Automotive, has thee best customer service ever. Bill and Mike are great mechanics. This is THE place to take your car when you need it fixed or serviced. They are honest and very reasonable with prices for service. They will tell you what you think it's going to cost you and it's usually spot on. Just brought my car here for a tire rotation. My tires are still good, and I was also able to (without an appointment) have them check my breaks, which they replaced, and changed the oil, within an hour and a half. It's comforting to find someone who you can go to who won't rip you off and will take care of your car.

I found these guys a while ago thanks to a friend's recommendation and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I've primarily gone in for inspections. But before here I had bad experiences with other places in the city (either charging too much or strongly encouraging unnecessary work) and thankfully things are much different now. Always a pleasure doing business with their crew.

Beside the dealership or myself, Bill and Mike Automotive are the only person I trust to work on my car and do it right. I've taken our vehicles to Bill and Mike on a few different occasions when I either haven't had the know how or time to do the repairs myself and their work is always top notch. They even managed to schedule me in a last minute pinch. I've had them work on no start issues, brakes, wheel bearings and every time the repairs have been done on time and at or below the price they quoted. Thank you guys!

I came in for a tune-up. I have to say they are quick and fast with the service. They didn't waste any time. I was on a 2 hour break for work and he told me that your car will done less than 2 hours. They got it done by an hour. I was so happy with the service here at Bill and Mike Automotive. Thanks for tuning up my car.
