We recently went for a prenatal interview with one of the pediatricians at Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem. Our visit was a wonderful experience. The doctor gave us a tour of the facility and then spent 45 minutes talking with us. He gave us information about his medical background, shared some of the office procedures, and asked us about ourselves. The practice has three offices - one for well-child visits, one for sick-child visits, and one for adolescents. We thought this was great! It is also directly across the street from the North Shore Children's Hospital, where specialists and other services are available when needed. It appeared that all of the pediatricians in the practice are active at the Children's Hospital to keep current in their field etc. We felt very comfortable talking with the doctor and were left with few questions to ask, since most had already been answered by him. This was not our first prenatal consult with a potential pediatrician, but it was by far the best. We are looking forward to joining the practice!

Pediatric's Associates has several different offices located on the same strip of Highland Avenue in Salem, MA (116 Highland Ave, 80 Highland Ave, and 72 Highland Ave). I love the fact that they have different offices for the sick and for the healthy children. Dr. Mark Mandell is a great pediatrician. He personalizes your visit and makes you feel special each time you visit. He really listens and offers great support.

2 locations for Pediatric Associates- one is the wellness building and the other is the sick building down the street. It's about time someone figured out to separate the sick and healthy children! Dr Hagan is the best pediatician we've ever had- kind, non-alarmist, compassionate care!
