Their Loan person do not have experiences at all. Waste people time and do not answer the questions you are ask for, not even the basic loan rate. Very bad : (

Dedham Institution for Savings is a world class bank with a local feel. The mortgage specialists are caring and professional. The tellers know most of their customers by name and can answer all of your questions. The customer service reps are extremely helpful when opening accounts. Giving up to date information regarding rates and advising you as to what kinds of accounts are available to you. WIth branches in several surrounding towns, banking at Dedham Institution for Savings is very convienent.
