Burlington Coat Factory

Absolutely love the store. Sometimes you do have to go through the racks a little, which is hard to do because they are sometimes jam-packed, but when you find something you love, or just what you've been searching for it is all worth it when you get to the checkout. The store is clean, the associates are friendly and polite, and the location is good.

I can empathize with the previous poster about it being difficult to shop with young children, but no more difficult than some other very high-end stores. It always takes more planning with little ones. Maybe it's as simple as providing your own full-sized stroller.

I do like going to this store but they are so overcrowded that I can barely get from one isle to the other. They always have clothing cars in the isle near the changing room and they overstalk the shelves so much that the clothes are all crushed and pushed out into the isle you try to walk down.
The other this is they have the SMALLEST carts, like CVS does. I have little kids and there is just no way to get around with one kid in the small cooked angled "broken seatbelted" seat. With another smooshed in the almost 2 foot long by 1 1/2 foot wide cart. (2 small too walk and too big for seat) Or he would be in there and id carry the baby. Then my older toddler holds the cart and gets pushed against it wvery time were walking threw the cramped isles.
When I used to go there with the baby in a carseat. There is NO WAY the carseat can sit in the cart. Not in the back (too small) and the seats too small and angles so weird that its unsafe to even attempt to put the carseat on it. I always ended up carrying the newborn or the whole baby seat while pushing the cart wit my other children. Even if I only had one kid with me..I still have a hard time trying to fit any more then 2 things in the cart that I want to buy. There is not underneith storage at all to help out either.
One last thing...The entrance is VERY hard to get into. I have to open the door myself stand in between that door and the next with this cart and attempt to open the next door and get threw.
Oh and like the other lady mentioned...the return policy is horrible!

They need to fix a lot about this store because they sell some nice stuff for good prices. Wish I could go more often without the kids.

I WISH I could bring the kids in a stroller but then where do I put the clothes I want to buy, carry them?

My last visit I went there and I had to wait forever to get into the one changing room that would fit a cart in with me (since i have the kids) And the rooms were full of stuff people left there. There was a person walking around vaccuming and there was cords everywhere (hard to push a cart around when it wont go over the cords unless u pick it up over it) Not to mention none of the carts had seatbelts that wernt broken on them.

I do love there clothes though so thats the ONLY reason I go back. lol

I generally shop Burlington Coat Factory for the children's clothing. They have a good selection of infants and toddlers clothing, for both boys and girls. They have cute things and offer quality name brands, such as Carter's and Osh Kosh. I have browsed the women's section as well, and they do offer a good selection for all things (shirts, pants, lingerie, accessories and shoes). Their prices are good, however, I think their return policy is awful - 14 days, NO actual returns, just merchandise credit regardless of how you pay. I will shop there again, but as always I am usually a little hesitant to make a purchase, and tend to buy a little less than compared to other stores.
