Poor customer service. Late for appointments, only call when they are at the end of the 3 hour window. Cancel when they get too busy. Customer service rep not accommodating or apologetic when they make you wait.

I was able to haggle with them and they never gave up on my sale. I take buying appliances like I take buying a used car; the markup is ridiculous and I don't want to pay sticker. I got the attention I demanded and the deal I wanted after monopolizing the salesman's time for almost 3 hours.

The staff were less-than-professional-salesperson-looking (jeans and a polo) and sort of lax, but I hate a dumb repub. white-collar looking guy feeding me BS treating me like an inferior, so I was able to feel confident and comfortable in the store and talking with them.

So far I got my delivery confirmation call and everything seems to be in order. We'll see how the how thing goes...

There was a recall on my refrigerator. After blowing us off on the first appointment, they finally replaced the compressor on a Friday. That night my fridge died and we had to throw away all of my food. The number for the store just rang and rang. We called the next day and they didn't have anyone to send, wouldn't offer to pay for a repair person, and said they didn't have anyone to deliver a spare fridge (an appliance store, come on!). They kept giving us the runaround that the owner was on vacation, and the manager wasn't around, then the salesperson who said she had no authority said was the acting manager?....NEVER AGAIN!

I recently purchased a whole new kitchen from Lambco (which was referred by a number of my friends) The prices were the lowest around and the service was top notch! From beginning to end i was so pleased. My sales associate took alot of time to answer all my questions! and the delivery men were very cautious on my new floors and took there time! Go to Lambco you will be very happy

When my refrigerator stopped working and everything was melting, I called the company I always call. That's Lambco Appliance. The person came out and even had the part on the truck to fix my sick refrigerator. Thank You Lambco !

Took a day off work. "I'll be there between 2 and 4. Called at 4:14....I'll be there at 5:30. Thank you for costing me an entire day. Oh, I'm sorry, I guess MY time is not worth as much as yours? VERY unprofessioninal. Avoid these people. All they want is your money and then they run.

We have been very dissatisfied with Lambco Appliance. They charged us to fix our washer when it was still under warranty until the manufacturer came to our rescue. I would never buy anything from them again.

Spent a lot of time researching dishwashers and finally decided to buy a kitchenaide here. Their prices were very competitive and their installation was less than anyone else. Installation was on time and professionally done. No problems with the new dishwasher.
