I have a friend who is getting ready to purchase a condo for the first time and I have been going with her to appointments with real estate agents. I have to say that this one was better than most that she has used. He seemed to understand that she had a budget that she could not exceed and that she was looking for a certain type of condo. He wasn't pushy and didn't make a big deal of it when she decided that the places he had taken her were not here style.

Ben is a really nice, sweet guy. He wasn't one of those real estate agents that just tries to push apartments on you. After helping us find our apartment (which was absolutely perfect), he still showed us some other possibilities which wouldn't have made him as much commission but were a nice choice for us. He drove us everywhere and also gave us plenty of useful info like names of local cable companies and advice on how to get our phone/internet set up in the apartment. I highly recommend this place.
