My entire family has been going to Salon Tres Chic since before the move to Walnut St. ext. We all have enjoyed the friendly family atmosphere enhanced by the spa experience. My daughter was married last year and I purchased a Bridal Package for her including a massage, she really appreciated the pampering. My mother and I and all the bridesmaids were pampered the morning of the wedding, which set the tone for a relaxing day.
Complimented on my flattering hairstyles, I frequently recommend the salon to friends. They have enjoyed the same personal service we have received for years. Thank you to all the staff for your professional and personal service.

i went to this salon to do my gel nails. I came with long gel nails and asked her not to file them down, well she made them short and very thick even though I kept telling her that I don't want thick nails, besides this she cut four of my fingers with a nail filer. Now I am planning to go and redo my nails somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their gels done.

I have a very sophisticated computer system and I put your name in only to find that you have never visited my salon. If this is a false name please contact me so that I may make this right with you and to re-train the nail tech. If you are just trying to trash my name PLEASE STOP. I have worked long and hard to have the business that I have. My nail techs are all licensed and are put through our salon training program before they are allowed on the floor, just like my stylists. They are also expected to attend continued education classes to keep up with the latest fashions and techniques. We get up every day loving what we do and excited about coming to work to share our craft with you. We get great satisfaction in satisfied guests and want to make any wrong, right. Mary Ann Zicolella, ownerI have been going to Salon Tres Chic for years! They are an amazing group of people and make EVERY experience the best it can possibly be. I have been to just about every employee for different things, and would recommend EVERY single one of them! It is extremely affordable while still getting that top of line salon experience. I would recommend the salon to anyone from a haircut, eyebrow waxing, massage to updo's for prom, senior pictures and special events. Keep up the amazing job!

I go here at least twice a month whether it is to get my hair done or nails. The staff is just so friendly. It is a very clean place. I would recommend this to anyone.

I love the people that work at Salon Tres Chic. It is a great local salon that keeps up to date with styles and trends. They keep my hair style current looking and my color options fresh and new. I also enjoy bringing my kids there. They connect with them and make them feel comfortable and give them the salon treatment as well. I am some what of a salon snob...and thought that going to the expensive place in Westfield was the only place that I would be happy at....but paying high prices does not mean that you are always getting the best.

I had a appointment with Lindsey R. the other day, and I have to tell you, she did such an amazing job on my hair. I have never, ever been to any salon where they doted on you! They were so extremely friendly that I felt like I was right at home. Lindsey gave me an updated look! She did highlights, and a stylish cut, I was in heaven when I left! Not once did she hesitate about cutting my long hair, and she never once suggested any hairstyle that I wouldn't have felt comfortable with. I would recommend them 110% to anyone!! I have already bragged about how good they are to everyone who has asked about my hair. Lindsey is the best, and we already have something new planned for the next time I get my hair done!! And I promise to be on time for my next appointment Linsdey!! You guys keep on doing what you are doing, and don't change a thing. You are by far the best salon in town... probably in the world :)

Hello! My name is Mary Ann Zicolella and I would like to thank the clients who were kind enough to rate my salon. I think that it is a great tool for me to use in making sure that my guests are always treated well and happy. I am sad that Sue felt uncomfortable in my salon when she visited. I would like to say that I may have been the reason there was a little tension at that time. I am guessing that this was her first visit, as I was not in the salon at the time. On a three day notice I had to leave my staff of 14 to start my one year battle with leukemia. My salon manager and her assistant were thrown a huge responsibility and the stress I put on them may have been showing. I am better and back to say that I would not have had a business left if it wasn't for the strength and commitment of the entire staff working together in my absence and the dedicated clients who supported them. They have all been with me for quite some time and I am so proud how they all came together and formed such a tight family. I am blessed. Please feel free to let me know if there is anything at anytime that I may do to make your visits completely enjoyable. Thank you for your comments.

I found the experience I had here unsettling. The stylist that I was working with was fine, but I just got the feeling that there was a lot of tension amongst the stylist and the owner there. I didn't get the feeling that the employees were happy working there.

I used this salon twice before becoming a regular at the Style Cottage up the road, closer to me. They did a fine job and the place was very clean and neat. It was a pleasant atmosphere. It's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. The people were very nice and my daughter and I were both pleased with their work. Prices are on the higher side.

(go to our web site for our menu of services) Our prices are on a sliding scale depending on the number of years and the amount of education each stylist has. As with anyone, if you have a better education and seniority you would also expect to get paid for your worth. We respect this in our salon and have semi-annual reviews to make sure our employees are promoted when earned. Stylists are very up to date, they keep up with new trends by attending trade show annualy. this is the place to go if you want the most up to date styles. not to mention the excellent service. the only downside is that it can be very busy at times and the parking is limited for the amount of clients they draw in.

Thank you! You made our day! replied on 02/27/09 I am glad you were impressed by my salon. We all work so hard to go above and beyond and really love what we do. My management team have made a few adjustments addressing the parking and busy times. We have extended our business hours and the girls are now offering their services on split shifts. We are finding that this is working out much better. We are also expanding into the gift shop next door to make more room for our clients to spread out and enjoy their time with us. Mary Ann, ownerBest service I have ever gotten at a Day Spa. The Massages are to die for. I felt like a new person leaving there. The employees are amazing and the prices are extremely affordable.
