Bought a CERTIFIED used car here 2 months ago, it has already needed over $3000 worth of work done to it which was not recognized during the certified process (which is done by the dealer).
Audi Burlington will not pay for the work to be done, and they don't even return my calls anymore.
Car needs new wheels, tires, control arms, a door needs to be painted, even the buttons inside the car are missing!

This dealership is running a huge scam, they will not honor their own warranty! BUYER BEWARE

I am personally filing a complaint with Audi corporate about this dealership to see if I can get the problems resolved.
I would recommend anyone in the area to go to Audi of Natick or Westwood instead.

I will never deal with a HERB CHAMBERS company again!

Horrible service department. Was told 45 minutes, ended up there 5 hours. Lost the private sale because they were so delayed.

I had a great experience with the sales staff but the service department is horrible. Except for Matthew, the rest of the staff has a lousy attitude. The parts never arrive as promise and you would have to call back may times to check on the status. They have ordered the wrong part and installed it in my car and never checked it to confirm if the problem was addressed. Maybe they are grossly understaffed and the high turn over rate that makes this a shameful place. I get more professional service at a local gas station. This is my first Audi and it's leaving a bad taste in my mouth!

Our '03 Audi has 7 breakdowns in 69,000 miles. Its had 8 ignition coils replaced (its only a 6 cylinder!), the catalytic converter went and now the fuel pump has failed a second time. Yet still the Service Dept at Pass and Weisz tells us that we are just having bad luck. According to them, its a total coincidence that the parts they have already replaced keep failing in this car. I think they don't know what they are doing.

We had a great experince with their sales staff in buying our Audi. They were very fair, and didn't try to play the 'game'. Their service department is Horrid. They dinged the rear bumper of the car during one of the visits, then denied that it was done there. After pressing them, they agreed that it could have been done there, and had it fixed. They sent it off to their body guy, who ran the car into the guard rail on rt128 on the way BACK from fixing the minor ding in the rear bumper. We nailed the service manager in three-four bold face lies during the entire process. At this point I won't even drive by their dealership.
