Funny I should come across these reviews as I sit on hold going on 5 minutes now and all I need is the phone number for the Gloucester office. Why isn't it available online? The reason I need to get the number is so I can cancel my second appointment because I was so completely underwhelmed with my first visit. I've been struggling with severe acne for 20 years (and I'm only in my 30s!) and I'm looking for some out of the box answers. I've tried just about everything. I just got more of the same from Dr VW, use Accutane or antibiotics -- even though I was upfront about them being ineffective. I too had to wait an hour to see the doctor and the facility is a dingy, disorganized mess. The doctor himself seemed unengaged and I could hear him on the phone while I was checking in. He was definitely in a bad mood and complaining every chance he got. I left with several prescriptions for topical meds that cost me over $100 because I don't want to go back on Accutane or other pills. I used the topical meds for a week and my face exploded. I'm never going back. BTW, I'm still on hold after 10 minutes!

I started seeing Charlene Saulnier in March 2007 and every month after that has been nothing but problems. I have bad acne and I was seeing her so I could go on a pill. The pill I was taking is very serious and involves an I-Pledge program card and on-line questions, promising you are not going to get pregnant and such if you are a girl. The pill also has a high suicide rate. In March for my first appointment she was over an hour late and not very respectful to my mother and I. She had told me about the pill and the side effects and that I would have to go for a monthly blood test. I was so excited to finally have a clear face, but I have been nothing but stressed for the past seven months. I was only suppose to be on the pill for six, but Charlene had not continued to bump me up in the strength so I have to be on it for eight. Month after month I was unable to pick up my medication because they had no put me in the system. My parents and I felt as if no one in the office cared about me or my face. I once showed up at 7:30 am for an appointment and no one at the office showed up till 8:30 where I was told I did not have an appointment and that someone made a mistake. I am no longer going to see Charlene after last month she had told me I need to stop drinking and yelled it out in the waiting room for my mom to hear. I had not been drinking, but I was sick and told her that, but she would not listen. She is disrespectful and does not care about the people she sees. I would not recommend seeing her because it will be nothing, but problems.

unorganized and unprofessional. while waiting too long to be seen in office, staff was talking loudly and appeared to be gossiping. observed staff to be rude to patients and not helpful when patient did not know limits of health insurance. this was not my first visit and doctor was unhappy that my notes were not in chart. parking is limited and dangerous when exiting lot.
