I used Bill to do my taxes for both personal and my business and he did a fantastic job. There was minimal amount of information that I had to pull for him to put together and after tax day I picked up my paperwork along with a notice saying the taxes had been filed electronically.

After several months of not receiving my federal refund, I checked online and noticed that the electronic file had not been received. I phoned Bill and he took care of the problem immediately. Apparently that can happen now and again.

In addition, Bill's rates are low making his services very welcoming to a small business owner such as myself. I would use him again.
