They are the kindest people, taking care of pet owners just as much as the pets. I LOVE THEM. There is compassion that radiates from the front desk to the O.R. I trust them, and that takes quite a lot of proving out for me to say.

Bilmar is a great facility. I love Dr. Caine and I have heard nothing but good things about all of the vets there. The staff is caring and thoughtful. When I walk in the door they know my name and my pets name... "How's our girl doing today", they usually say. It makes me feel really good to know that the people at Bilmar are there for all the right reasons.. to care for our pets. I had to put a cat down last year and they were so wonderful to me through a very hard time and now I have a dog that is 16 years old and they go above and beyond. She is my "only child". I called one Saturday morning and the receptionist said that Dr. Caine was in, but they were swamped and he had an emergency surgery to perform, but they told me to run right up and they would get me in... they did. Just amazing. I switched vets about 3 years ago now and it was the best thing I ever did. I recommend them to everyone that I know that hasn't switched yet.

This is a wonderful and caring facility. The doctors and the staff are helpful. informative and very, very kind. As a first time dog owner they answered all my questions and were very patient with me when I asked them all again!

This is a wonderful place. They have done so much to keep our dogs happy and healthy. Many time the vets have gone WAY out of their way to be helpful. The staff really care for the animals and their people. A class act, I'd highly recommend them.

My experience with this vet has only been for putting a couple of my exotic animals to sleep. More than just a casual pet, these animals were a part of them family and I was devastated when the time came for them to go (due to illness). Most places would not take them in, but Bilmar was there for me. Thank you.
