Landmark Embassy Cinema

This is a very small theater and often shows the more indie films. It's a great place to go watch a non-mainstream movie. It's nice because it's never crowded.

See the stuff Hollywood doesn't want you to watch. Or doesn't care enough to produce.

Located just off Moody St. in downtown Waltham, walking into this quirky theater presents you with a grand sweeping staircase above a large lobby. Plenty of parking at a nearby parking garage. The theaters are small, seating around 50 per screen. The chairs were old, but still comfortable.

This theater shows 1st run movies, as well as independent films. The lobby reminds me of an elaborate live theater. It has a funky concession counter, featuring italian drinks and the regular movie fare. The parking garage is behind the theater, with a walkway that brings you back to the front entrance. They run some pretty intersting films.

This cinema offers both a random assortment of films and great independent film selection. Older cinema, but with character. Parking behind the theater, but go early for feature films, as it's a busy local theater.

This is a nice, small theater in watham off of moody street. They play only independant films so it is limited, yet a great theater in my opinion. Only complain is that the seats are old.
