HORRIBLE service. Brought an antique Rolex there and they never fixed the problem, and when I refused to pay for a repair that was not done after the watch was there for 3 months, I addressed the problem with the CRAZY owner, Susan Lelyveld and she was abusive! I also watched another customer who was upset with staff for the same issue, watch was not working after he purchased it and returned it several times for repair. I don't know how these people stay in business!

This is a great place to get a watch battery replaced. I have a Swiss Army watch that has a very odd back that most jewelers are hesistant to remove because they are afraid that they will scratch the back of the watch. This place readily pops the back off the watch whenever I need a new battery, which is not very often. They are also took some links out of another one of my watches for free!

My husband recently dropped his watch and the glass/crystal on the face of the watch shattered. We looked hard to find a place to get it fixed. It is difficult these days to find a place that can fix watches and jewelry. I had no idea what to expect, but was hoping for the best. Prior to dropping the watch off, a staff person quoted me "anywhere from $35-$150 to fix the watch. I think that it might be a bit high, but I have no frame of reference. My husband brought the watch in to the store and they quoted him $35 when they took the watch. The watch was fixed in a day and they only ended up charging $25! He is quite pleased with the job they did. We would recommend this place. It is very conveniently located in Harvard Square (convenient if you live in Cambridge or Somerville).
Enjoy!
