Ive got to tell you ...the bad far outways the good with these people.....tun your back and go to walk out and they will be bad mouthing you all the way.I believe the owners name is Michael? They "yes" you to death and then never deliver

My son had to have his senior pictures taken for school through Casson-Foster. I received a phone call confirming his appointment (thank God because I lost the original appt. card my son had made). I called them back to get directions and ask what he needed. They were very very polite and helpful on the phone. Later that evening I went onto the web to google/search for them. I found all of these reviews which to say the least were horrible. Immediately I became nervous as to whether I should use them or not. I walked into their office a couple of days later fully expecting to be treated rudely and having a horrible session. I just have to say that these people were absolutely amazing!!! The photographer who took my sons pictures laughed and joked with him the whole time and helped him with all of the poses. My son is physically handicapped and uses the aid of crutches to walk with however, he also can skateboard. The photographer spent time with my son to make sure that he could get his skateboard into his poses and worked with him so that he didn't even have to have his crutches in the pictures. My son's reaction to this photographer was that he was "mad cool"!
The woman at the front desk is also wonderful and very helpful. I had absolutely no issues with these people whatsoever. I picked up my proofs last week and all of the photos are amazing! I don't even know how I'm going to choose which poses I want.
All I can say is if you read the reviews, don't judge them; go in and see for yourself. There are always 3 sides to a story; his, hers, and the truth!!! I'm willing to bet that the people who were so upset played a part in what happened.
I can't speak highly enough of this place....absolutely wonderful! No rush with the photo shoot, on time with your appointment, great at answering all of your questions, meet their promised deadlines of photos and very courteous and kind.
Thank you so much Casson-Foster! I will definitely be back to you guys again and again!!!! =)

I had an outdoor senior portrait session at Webster Lake. The photographer did an absolutely wonderful job, the pictures were gorgeous! He took the time to make sure every detail was right. I would recommend them to anyone!

Just read the two negative consumer reviews and the one review written by the photographer. Since when does the company receiving $ get to trash the paying consumers? What a joke Casson-Foster photography has made of itself. I'm not surprised, knowing the deadbeat employees they have.

Consistent with the internet being a nauseating forum for disgruntled consumers to make one sided attacks wiht out the complete story being shared, PNOLIN has exercised his right to continue this disgraceful trend. I would typicaly ignore this type of petty taunt, however many individuals may read this when looking up our location, if they do not already know where we are considering, we have been in business for 80 years!

No my "friend" the customer is not always right. There is an element to human nature called respect and thus forth mutual respect. Anyone who has worked in the service industry has experienced the horrific attitude of people who believe that "I am giving you money so I my treat you as I wish! " That is not how life works. Hired help or not, treat poeple with respect and dignity. Of all the service providers involved in a wedding, photographers work the longest, hardest and are treated the worst !!!!!

We take tremendous exception to "PNolins" commentary! The bride is in charge!!!!!!! The best man who exceeds his 2 beer limit and decides to play king of the castle does not have the right to rudely order a photograoher around. When a contract is for 7 hours and they end up keeping you for 2 extra hours, of which we billed them for one, don't complain to "get somthin for nuthin".

They did my brother's wedding. They did NOT want to take all the pictures that the bride and groom wanted.
What happened to the customer is always right. My brother told them how mad he was when they went to look at the proofs and they didn't really care.

The owners son/ photographer was very rude to my children when he thought he could not be heard. Which is shocking because the do a lot of the photography for the sports teams in the area. Next year I will take my children in uniform else where.
