Amben customer service does not know their business. Amben customer service mis-guided me to order Mastercard commuter benefit. I did this and waited 2 months and still no commuter card or commuter benefit. Two months later, Amben is telling me to order different commuter card process and they will process it end of November 2017.
I have no commuter card benefit three months into Amben negligent irresponsible process.

Each time I have a problem with my flex spending account, it is usually rectified with a day or so. Kristen has been most helpful everytime I have an issue. By far, she is the most helpful person I have encountered in every aspect of customer help. Thanks again

The personal attention that American Benefits Group has given all of our clients has been great. It seems that the FSA administrators that we have dealt with in the past only give the good service to the big clients. With American Benefits it's good for all sizes.
