I hadn't taken a class in years, and I didn't know what to expect when I signed up for the two weekend salesperson course at the Lee Institute. I imagined it would be bitter medicine I would have to swallow as part of the requirements of getting a license. I didn't think I would actually enjoy it as much as I did. The instructors really stuck to point and kept the class moving through the mountain of information we would all have to synthesize, while inviting questions and providing real world examples to illustrate the concepts discussed. I passed the exam and got my license, no problem.

I recently took my salesperson course at Lee Institute and was more than prepared to easily pass on the first try. The newly updated textbook had all of the information needed to study and I had all the confidence needed going into the state exam. The instructor I had was engaging, stayed on topic, yet provided insightful answers to any question posed by the students. You could depend on this seasoned real estate professional to not only teach you the dry ??laws and statutes? that are needed but more importantly shares with you his experience and practical knowledge. The handouts provided me with the visual I was craving to see exactly what a deed, easement, etc looks like. The weekend program was flawless, and allowed me to get what I needed done in a timely manner and be able to take the exam soon after. My overall experience was very good, and I will be back to take advantage of their interesting continuing education credits in the years to come.

My husband and I signed up to take a real estate salesperson's course over a weekend in February. We specifically selected that date because the course was being held in Plymouth, MA, just 20 minutes and an easy ride from our house. We

Dated materials and a dirty facility. I took my Real Estate Course (Sales person) at Lee Institute Brookline, three and a half years ago and recently took my Brokers Course. The books were the same one given to me three and a half years ago without any updates in either the general exam or the State specific questions. Referral fees and do not call procedures were some of the questions on my exam not covered at all in Lee's out dated materials. The handouts they provide are very old, some with mistakes, and references to older teaching manuals. The entire operation is stuck in a time warp. They can't even explain how the testing facility is updated, and some instructors even talk about brining money orders to pay for your testing fee. If you want to waste time, money, sit in a filthy classroom and be ill prepared for your salesperson or brokers exam than Lee is for you.
