The best little breakfast place in all of Boston! My husband and I snuck away early in the morning to this cute little hole in the wall restaurant and had a blast! It was kind of self-serve but very well worth it.

Paramount is the best breakfast in Boston. Get there early because this tiny restaurant fills up. It always amazes me that after waiting in line to order your food, pick it up, a table always opens up! Great breakfast & lunch!

Paramount is perfect for a Saturday or Sunday morning with some friends. They make a mean omelette and HUGE tasty pancakes. There are no waiters, though - you get in line at the grill when you walk in and wait to grab a table until you have your food. Don't try to "save" a table - I've seen people do it and the staff was not pleased. It's a little unconventional, but the food is worth it.

The paramount is the kind of restaurant that everyone longs for in their neighborhood. They offer good food along with a cozy environment making you want to come back for more.
