Discount Mattress

Hate to give a bad review but made a 35 minute drive to this retailer in late October only to find that they are closed for the winter season. To make matters worse, I visited their website in advance to check them out, noted their weekend hours, and did not find a notice anywhere on the site about the closure. This is just bad business.

This is a small store located near the center of Amherst. They have a fair number of mattresses on their showroom floor. There store brand is Symbol. We purchased a memory form mattress from them over the winter. We found their pricing to be very competitive. We had a small delay with the delivery of the mattress as there was a storm the evening before. We were somewhat disappointed that we did not receive a call to let us know we would not be receiving the mattress on the promised delivery date. We have however, been quite pleased with the mattress.
