Both of our dogs love Dr. Friedman. They are never afraid when we get to the office. They received amazing care and they have always been treated with love when we are there. Dr. Friedman takes the time to explain what is going on. It is very important when you have someone who cares to listen. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgable. We are happy that they are so close by.

I have been taking my dog and cat to the Beverly Animal Hospital for about a year and have not been impressed at all! I go there purely out of convenience and have decided to try out a new vet. The service is so so but the real reason I don't like the place is because my dog doesn't like the vet! I have a very friendly Aussie that generally likes most people but he doesn't like this guy and that makes me not like him. My cat doesn't like anybody except her self so that doesn't count. All in all I give them a c-, not to bad but why go here if there are better more inviting places to go?

I have been taking my 3 cats to Beverly Animal Hospital for almost 15 years and I think the Animal Hospital is great. Dr. Friedman operated on one of my cats that swallowed a dime approximately 12 years ago and the animal is still alive and healthy today. He is also managing my other cats diabetes for the past 3 years and she is also happy and purring this morning. The prices at the Beverly Animal Hospital are very reasonable. Dr. Friedman takes the time to explain options to you and his staff is very warm, friendly, compassionate and professional. I highly recommend using the Beverly Animal Hospital.

I have been wonderfully treated by both the Dr and the staff, they are kind, courteous, and understanding. Dr. Friedman never makes you feel rushed, he explains everything, and makes time to answer any questions you have. I even went to him before I had my dachshund, so that I could meet him, and set up my pup's first appointment, I was treated so courteously, I was very impressed. I thought they would think it was silly to go in even before I got the dog, but they were very understanding and said they thought it was a great idea.Thank you to the Dr and his staff for being there!Eileen CBeverly, MA

For a long time we brought our animals there. After 4 years of bringing my dog to the vet while he neglected to realize that my dog didn't have a food allergy, but cancer for 2 years, we decided he's not proactive enough to bother with. We wasted a ton of money and time, and my dog ended up put to sleep because he didn't take the extra step to find out what was going on. First appointment elsewhere: Xrays and a diagnosis.

Sara R doesn't know what she is talking about. I have found the support staff at the hospital on each and every occasion more than polite, extremely informative and accomodating to the highest degree. I have NEVER been ignored nor felt to be unwelcomed.
By the way, Sara, before posting such an uncomplimentary and misleading review, you should get the name of the doctor correct:
It's Friedman, not Feldman. Maybe YOU were the one not paying attention.

I have been taking my two cats to Beverly Animal Hospital for 3-4 years now and I have never had a complaint. They accommodate my work hours by often being open past 5pm and once I am in with the vet I have never once felt rushed. If only my doctor's visits were the same! I highly recommend the Beverly Animal Hospital to all of my friends because I know their pet will receive all of the attention and medical care that they deserve.

I think that you must be one of those awful women that work there!!!
I would never of bothered to review this place had i not had such a bad experience. As i said before the staff are very unfriendly and rude. If you want to be treated with the respect that you and your animal deserve, i recommend you go to Danvers animal hospital!

Dr. Feldman takes time to fully explain problems, procedures and possible solutions in detail. A great person to talk to about animal issues.
He and his staff are appreciated very much; highly reccomend his office for all your pets health concerns.

In August of 2006 our beloved cockapoo Oliver passed away. We were new to the Beverly Animal Hospital and were treated with such care and compassion. Our little Oliver went off to sleep and his pain was gone forever. We now have a new little addition, Dillon, a 4 month old Bichon and he is just a hand full! Dr. Freidman is our Vet of course! We will continue taking Dillon to one of the best Animal Hospitals we have found ever. The staff are always so nice and caring. We look forward to many happy and healthy years with this great Animal Hospital and Vet!

I have been taking my cats to the Beverly Animal Hospital for about 3 years now, after trying out 3 other vets in the Salem/Beverly area. The vet at this Animal Hospital, is a very kind person and explains everything going on with the cats very thoroughly.
This vet practice is one of the few in the area that accepts the Friends of Animals voucher certificate for low cost spay/neuter, which is the factor that initially drew me to try them out.
The environment at the vet is calm compared to other settings where I've brought my cat. There is a nice fish tank that the cats like. Also, I've never waited more than 10 minutes to take the cats into the examining room. Once we had to wait in the examining room for almost 30 minutes, and everyone was extremely apologetic.

We have always taken our dog to the Beverly Animal Hospital but when I got a kitten and was fully involved in her health and well being, I chose Beverly Animal Hospital. They are great with animals, clean, sterile, friendly, well priced and handle themselves great. They even offer boarding service for animals if you go away, which is good to know that my kitten will have a happy place to go to if I have to go away for some reason. They said she would have her own condo, heated blanket and everything! They are wonderful there, and it is a pleasure to do business with them.
