i am a single mom who went shopping for my first big ticket furniture purchase. having to watch my pennies but wanting quality, i went to pieroways and was more than pleased. not only did i find xactly what i wanted (after shopping everywhere!) the staff was helpful and treated me as if my purchase was just @ important @ someone purchasing many pieces. any ? i had they answered promptly (even after I got the furniture home) and it was to my satisfaction. its been 4 yrs and the furniture is holding up well and i have no hesitation @ to where ill go again to furniture shop in the future.

I was recently at Pieroways with a friend who was purchasing a new mattress. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like my friend got a really good deal.

Yup, the man you see in the commercials is in fact the one you'll likely meet in the West Springfield store. Very friendly staff and always willing to spend time helping you find what you are looking for. Very good prices too.

We have done hours of looking at furniture for our large house, and we have found that Pieroways is the most cost effective for the quality of furniture.

We purchased a sleeper love seat and ottoman from Pieroways 14 years ago. It still looks as good as it did when we got it, minus needing to be cleaned. It has withstood several dogs and cats, countless family parties, and an occasional sleep over guest. We also bought our dining room set 19 years ago and it is still in very good shape. I'm very impressed with Pieroways.

Pieroways has middle of the road products priced to be affordable to many. We have purchased a couple of leather recliners here and the quality for price could not be beat. The service was excellent and the delivery right on time. The durability of the product has been very good.
