Mary, the person doing nutritional counseling is fantastic. She is funny, smart and tells you like it is. She will let you get away with NOTHING but does it in a fun and caring way. I had great success with weight loss at Head to Fitness. If you want one on one nutritional counseling and follow up this place is the best.
