I went to buy a ps2 and computer for Christmas. I paid extra to have the computer set up and anti-virus and other software installed. First they sold me almost $200 of cables that were not necessary (found that out from my son in law). Then when i tried to be get my money back for the lack of service they insulted me. So I had to bring the computer back and the whole time they were hassling me about it. I prove them wrong and they still wanted to give me a partial refund. So I returned the entire computer and went across the street to Office Depot where I purchased the same computer for less. I have not stepped foot in the store since. The store in Mansfield is smaller but the service is 100 times better.

I bought a 47 inch LCD television with the extended warranty. To make a long story short the pixels started going and we were told it could not be repaired. We were then told to go to the store to get a new TV. Everything was great until we got to the store (customer service) and were treated as though we were second class citizens. I have never had such POOR customer service to the point of down right rude! Never again will I go to this Location!!

I purchased a computer from Best Buy and got the extended warranty and Geek Squad policy. Something went wrong with my new computer and I was given such a run around I couldn't believe it.The plan I purchased was quite a bit of money but it was to include home care service so that I wouldn't have to bring the computer to the store. Long story short that was not the service I received and I made many trips to the store disconnecting and connecting my computer.When finally I did get to see a Geek squad rep. I was told I should have had the inhome service. WHAT I WAS TELLING THEM ALL ALONG!That was 2 years ago and I refuse to go back to the store.

This is an electronic store. They have any electronic you could ever need. The peolple are very helpful and there is always someone on the floor. They know everything about electronics and their prices are lower than most competetors. Very good. Would recommend.

This is a great best buy. They have a great customer service and there are always people around to answer and questions you might have. They have a good selection of computers, car audio, cds and dvds, game consoles, appliances, and tvs. They even sell some cell phones from verizon, cingular, and AT&T. Great store overall. Very big inside.
