Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with frequent email updates (with pictures). Any question was answered by phone or email. When I got the car back there was a headlight suddenly "out" and they told me to bring it back where they replaced it, no questions asked. The car was cleaned and detailed as well. And they gave my son and I free cookies!
I highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to Woburn Foreign Auto body. They were professional, informative at each step in the process, proactive in their communication to my inquiries and above all their work is first class. They have an email system that allows you to see photos of the progress they are making on the vehicle and if you are inclined to send emails there is a spot in the email for communication back to them.
My wife met an accident and front driver side was damaged. I had option to go anywhere, however I preferred Woburn foreign auto, because my other car was worked on before and had good experience with them. Jim Cooper was very good in explaining everything and regularly sending an update via e mail and pictures of the car and progress done. I will not hesitate to recommend Woburn Foreign to any friends.
From the time I walked in the door to drop off my car for repair, to the pictures posted online during the process, to the quick response to my email questions, to the moment I drove off the site after the repairs were complete, everyone was friendly and professional. My car once again looks like the brand new car that it is. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
I was completely impressed with being able to track my vehicle's work on-line. That was a great surprise and nothing I had ever seen before. The staff was a pleasure and honestly, a breath of fresh air to deal with. They were super professional and upbeat. The worst case scenario - auto accident, out of home state, car not driveable! I called my insurance company to file the claim and asked the agent to please go on-line and locate a Toyota dealership. He provided 4 within a 50 mile radius, but only one with a collision center. Several hours after the accident, the tow truck delivered car, dog, and us to WFAB. Rhonda and Star got us through the paperwork quickly, arranged for Enterprise to deliver a loaner, and assured us we would be kept informed regularly. We have received updates with pictures/comments since the repairs started. We were advised it would take 3 weeks - and the car was ready 'to the day'! Thanks WFAB for your professional work and service.

Unreal customer service! I was referred to WFAB by 128 Volvo for my 07 s40 after being rearended. The damage didn't look like much, but once they took my car apart there was more front/rear damage than they expected. The repairs took 4 weeks to complete (combination of the actual repair work & dealing with insurance assessors). Usually this would be a HUGE issue, but I was given a '10 Toyota Camry to drive and completely updated on every step of the repairs. The WFAB website is great. You can track your car's repair process so you know exactly what they are doing to your vehicle (photos & email alerts). My car was given back to me fully detailed and looking just as great as the day I bought it. The inside/outside were sparkling! Jim, Star, and all the other reps were always pleasant & helpful on the phone and in person.
I needed a wheel alignment for my Acura after I started to notice my car gradually start to swerve to the left. My daughter drives it too, and she is only 17, so this could potentially become a safety rick. I brought it in and I was back on the road quickly, with a smaller bill than I initially though I would be getting. Thank you for everything.
I highly recommend WAFB if you ever need auto body work. My daughter's 2007 Honda was repaired by them recently. The repairs were done so well, you can't even tell it was in accident. After picking up my car which had been with them after significant damage in an accident, it was hit a second time in as much as 2 hours. The staff as well as the work done were fantastic. Both times. Rhonda , Star, and Jim went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and that they really were looking out for me and my car. This kind of service is appreciated, and I thank them.

The manager, Shawn Bolger, was extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure that my vehicle was repaired properly and that my out of pocket expenses were minimal.He made all the arrangements with my insurance company and handled it very professionally.There really was no effort on my part. My vehicle was also detailed and the car looks great. Nice work and I want to thank them for their work. It was all one stop for me. They had a rental there waiting for me and I went about my businees without interruption.

I just think Woburn is so great. Even though I live in Quincy now, I still make the 25-30 minute drive, they're so professional. The gentleman I've dealt with from day one, Peter, he just doesn't have that horrible Massachusetts attitude that everyone has that you're doing them a favor. Everyone in the office is so nice, they really take the pain out of body work. If every office was like them, the world would be a better place. I get better service and treatment at the body shop than I do at the Jag dealer. I went to a buy new car and was treated like rubbish.
