Great guys you can trust.. I had my nissan stanza towed to them when transmission fluid just poured right out of it.. I don't know anything about cars so I'm telling them instead of them telling me. I said I know the transmissions gone fluid is everywhere. Instead of them taking me for a ride they looked things over and told my wife and I it was just the seal went on the pan.. Did not cost me hardly anything it would if they weren't honest.. I will always go back to them I highly recommend anyone that owns Nissans to certainly see them...

They are tucked away in a small building on a little side street off Rantoul st. When our car needed repair, they gave us a quick appointment and the service was completed the next day. They seem pretty knowledgable in their work, however, my husband was having a freaky engine light problem. He couldnt get a sticker until the problem was fixed. Northeast Autolab was the third place we had taken it to. The engine light was out for a few days, but then it appeared back on again. We ended up at another place (who eventually found the real problem). Although, I know it was a tricky problem in finding the problem,,,,I don't know if I can blame Northeast autolab for not solving it....perhaps they just didnt have the proper computer to diagnose it correctly. Anyway, what I want to say is that I would still recommend them for doing small, every day auto repairs.
