Reviews for A & J Seabra Super Market

Ratings_icons A & J Seabra is terrible.

Bartholomew Y.

A & J Seabra Super Market in Attleboro is to put it simply, a bad place to shop. The location is awful, the products are awful, the place is filthy and there are hobos everywhere on bikes cashing in used cans at the A & J Redemption Center. The place is basically very dirty and not kept clean. Don't let the cheap prices fool you, the products are cheap for a reason. The dairy section is not up to par. The frozen products are all melted or soft and squishy because they are not kept cool properly, the freezers obviously don't work right. They are probably too cheap to get new freezers. The dairy is only the beginning. The meat is even worse; at times the meat is sticky and it smells bad and the blood leaks right out of the package because they aren't wrapped properly. The deli is also bad because after eating one of their cooked products (it was the deli ends), I felt sick to my stomach. Do not buy their cooked foods from the deli, they aren't good. The bottom line here is I feel this store is simply very dirty and not kept up properly. The prices maybe cheap but again as already mentioned, there's a reason why. They never fix anything old, the poor employees never get any raises, oh and there's no cameras anywhere. That's why people shoplift there all the time. Nice business, huh? Stick with Stop and Shop.

Ro Jacks is a great place to buy baked goods. Their pies are really yummy. We also enjoy the deli. The prices are good and they have a large selection.

Seabra does not have a lot of food that the bigger grocery stores. Their produce is always priced lower and is usually pretty good. They have a lot of Spanish food.I would recommend

Ro Jacks used to be the place to shop. They have good prices on their groceries. I would personally like to shop at a Shaws store though. Ro Jacks has been around a while so when you go inside, its just the SAME OLD.
