The front desk woman along with the manager are most incompetent, rude, unprofessional and an embarrassment to the establishment. The service is horrible, the lobby must have not been upgraded or maintained for at least a decade. There was mildew in the bathroom, and an unpleasant stench in the tiny, crowded rooms. An overall horrible experience.

Great location! Loved being right in the middle of everything, 3 blocks from the T, 2 blocks from the Boston Commons and the Public Gardens, right in the middle of the theater district with all the great restaurants. The common space was nice, having laundry service was nice, but when they say they have off-street parking, they mean you can park for $21 a day in the Radisson's garage down the block and across the street. The room was definitely sub-par (not so clean shower curtain, zero view, sounds of a discotec from the alley all night long.) We made reservations for 2, queen bed, non-smoking, for 2 nights. When we got there, they said that the non-smoking floor had no queens, so we had to trade to a room with 2 double beds. (This despite the fact that it was the off season and there were clearly no other guests staying in the hotel.) The next day, they asked why we had not checked out, even though we had reserved for two days, and our keys stopped working even after we had explained to them what our reservations had been. No one cleaned the room that day. Next day, we were getting ready to check out at noon, and the housekeeping service was banging on the door from 10:30 on, suddenly dying to get in and clean up. All in all, I would probably pay the extra money and stay in a real hotel next time!
