Richards Jewelers

I went to Richard's to purchase a matching bridal set. I asked them to take my current diamond out of the band my fiance bought me and put it in my new band that I purchased from them. I specifically told them I wanted my original band back and they lost it! Not only did them blame it on being "under construction" (aka putting tile on the walls which requires no moving of any jewelery) but they only offered to pay half of my remaining $230 bill. Insulting!

Richards has some exquisite looking jewelery . However, once when I needed a watch repaired I was advised to get a new one. I brought it to another local watch repair shop and he fixed it for $20, had it for several years afterward. I find Richards to be quite pricey in the market.

I often stop in to Richards to have a look around (in case there is something I need). They are always so helpful. I had a few rings resized and they were great about it. I love what they have to offer. Great place to get jewelry

Richard's jewelers is an excellent place to purchase high quality jewelry in anyone's budget. Holly always greets us with a smile and is very patient since it normally takes me forever to make a decision. I would highly recommend visiting Richard's before making any jewelry purchase.

Love this store. The staff is very professional and always willing to just let you look. We have purchased many items here throughout the years and they always offer to clean and check my rings and stones everytime I go in.

I have had jewelery repairs and have bought new jewelery from them and have been very happy with both. The staff is very helpful. My repairs where done on time and for a reasonable price.

I recent received a Pandora charm bracelet. They are very selective as to which stores can sell these and Richard's is one of them. I love their selection.

I use Richards Jewelers whenever I need a special gift. I always get good service in selecting a special piece. I find it much more convenient and personal than going to one jewelers in the mall.

I used to like Richards Jewelers and would only buy from them but lately it seems that they have rude and snotty staff. Most of the staff that I had come to know has left. There is only one older woman there who I like but shes the only one.They do have nice quality jewelry and they are within a quick driving range, but Im not sure I would recommend them to anyone.

I like Richards Jewelers. This is a nice small shop with a nice selection of watches and jewelery. They are great with watch repair and they are nice but not overly so. Richards is a basic neighborhood jeweler.

The store was extremely helpful in finding an engagement and wedding band for me and my husband years ago. The jewelry has held up very well,... still sparkles like they day we bought it almost 20 years ago! BUT...My husband purchased a mother's ring for me a few years ago, and the stones keep falling out, which they charge me to have replaced. Once, after talking to Richard , they took off the charge. But the people out on the floor aren't very helpful or understanding.

Richard's is my quirky place, if I need a gift it is the local place to go to. They have always taken the time to work with me to find the proper little thing that makes her happy. What more can you ask for?

My husband went all over MA and CT looking for an engagement ring for me. He kept coming back to Richards though because they had the best prices around. We also got our wedding bands here and could not beat the prices. The staff was friendly every time I came in. They will also clean and inspect your rings for free.

Lucky for me my husband loves this place! They have quality jewelry at a reasonable price. Whenever I go in they are willing to clean my rings and not nag me into buying something. Great store with a large selection.

richards jewelers offers a beautiful selection of jewelery. their prices are comparable to other jewelers. i do agree with the other reviewer that they are extremely stuffy if you are not there to make an expensive purchase.

Richards has some of the finest jewelry in the area. No doubt they have quality items, however, I have often felt as though if you are not coming to make a large purchase they do not have time for you. Service is somewhat stuffy and not very inviting to the average consumer.
