This is a great vets office. The doctor is extremely nice and willing to spend time explaining anything to you. I never feel rushed in and out. All the vet techs are very friendly as well. The prices are very reasonable, especially for routine visits. I remember when i had my kitten spayed i was pleasantly surprised at the cost. They can usually get you a pretty quick appt for a sick visit as well. I would definitely recommend.

I have brought my cat to Agawam Animal Hospital ever since I had her. She's always had dental issues: tartar build up mainly. I bring her to Agawam Animal, the dental cleaning is done right there. They have the ability to take care of what ever needs to be done, without doing what doesn't have to be done. They give a nice print out of before and after results of the cats teeth. They can take close ups of a potential problem area. If a specialist is needed, I bring my cat and the specialist comes there. Together, the specialist and my cat's regular vet discuss symptoms, diagnosis and treatments. The vet then explains everything to me. Everyone that works at Agawam Animal genuinely loves and cares about the animals.

We began using this vet after a referral from a family member. The Doctor is super nice and really cares about the animals, taking the time necessary to deal with medical issues in a way people can understand. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The prices are very good. I recommend it.

We just recently started using this vet and we are so pleased. They are very caring and take time to get to know your pet and to explain everything that is being done. We have a shy dog and the doctor was so gentle and kind to her. The staff is personal and friendly. The office is clean and it's fairly easy to get an appointment. I am thrilled that we have found them and recommend them to everyone.

I have been going here for a number of years and the people here are truly caring for you and your pets. They make themselves available when you need them and the entire staff is very understanding and caring. Prices are more than reasonable and they can accomodate almost anything.
PROS: Very caring and knowledgeable staff
CONS: nothing
