Dali Restaurant
Entering Dali, you leave Somerville and walk into a small restaurant in Spain. Dried vegetables hang in a colorful array above the bar, along with a pig's head. Mosiac tiling along the front of the bar and on the walls creates a dizzying effect of movement and busyness. The host and servers are dressed not for a casual meal, but for a dinner party. Diners wear anything from shorts and a shirt to dresses and ties. Dali's creates an atmosphere to compliment the food, which itself is wonderful. A variety of animals are served in mini portions, almost as if they are appetizers. One can eat duck, lamb, partridge, or the standard chicken and beef. There are also unique and creative vegetable dishes. All dishes use fresh foods, Spanish spices, and authentic recipes for a taste of Tapas. To compliment any meal, order a pitcher of Sangria!
