Hacks!!!

These guys installed my system incorrectly. Now they want me to pay more to have it done right. They admit that it was done wrong. Their website promises 100% satisfaction. Do I sound 100% happy?

This business is family-owned, and started from scratch to expand into a fairly big business. It is a dependable place to go for repairs. You can feel confident that they will get the job done (right) and not overcharge you. They are cheaper than most other A/C places in Wakefield that I got a quote from.

Incomeptent! Hire a real professional, AKA not Falite Brothers!

This company installed my system backwards and they will not come out to fix it without charging me. They made the error and they want me to pay!
