We loved the food, it was well done, tasted like authentic pizza. The environment was very agreeable and accessible. The whole family agree the prices were reasonable. We intend to come back...a lot!

We LOVE Bill's! Nice people, decent prices and always fast with the service! Bill's has been a local "hot spot" for ages and has recently expanded to include more seating...yeah! The owners are very good neighbors and encourage the "after school" hungry crowd. Also a nice gathering spot for busy moms with smaller children. Everybody wins when you eat here!

Horrible overcooked, salty food

i just spent 100 dollars for 6 people to feast while we watched the patriots game. the food arrived and hour and 30 minutes after i ordered it. It was cold, soggy, overcooked and salty.... so salty that we couldn't swallow, let alone chew. We called back for a refund and the manager was an douche who said he wouldn't give us any refund. I will never order from this place again. I highly recommend nobody to ever order from this piece of craps ever again. horrible custom service and horrible food= horrible eatery

A Real Fan

I'm a regular customer and often bring food to colleagues at work and we LOVE the pizza and salads here. Our favorite is the Chicken Ranch Pizza. You must try it!!!
A close second is the Pesto Splash pizza with feta (and the spinach pie).
Everyone at work gives the food a ringing endorsement -- the pizza crusts and flavors are delicious, the grilled chicken is delectable, and the place is spotless and fun to eat it.
It's all good.

I have been going to Bill's since I was in Junior High School and the service has gotten gradually worse year by year. Like I said good pizza but the service is terrible.

I had lunch at Bill's last week and it was great. I tried a couple different slices and they all were delicous. I strongly recommend trying the chicken ranch pizza, it tasted great and the slices were huge. This place is fantastic and I can't wait to go back.

Skimpy toppings

Arrived at Bill's on Friday night for our first visit. Ordered a large one topping pizza with Canadian bacon and hot wings to go. The pizza arrived with what appeared to be one or two slices of Canadian bacon cut up and divided on top of a large pizza. What a disappointment! Why bother with any meat at all? The wings were soggy and undercooked. Would not recommend to anyone who enjoys good pizza or wings.

I couldn't agree more with the comment below by NTWN112. We have been Bill's customer for few years. The pizza was ok but we will never go back just because the service was so terrible. We had it. He is the rudiest man I ever seen.
First of all, they need to hire staffs that can speak english. And second of all they need to learn manners.Again, the food is good but it's not worth the hassle. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I refused to give these people my money to be treated like this!!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life !!!!!!!!!

Last night , I ordered 6 pizzas for my son's little league game to be delivered . I gave them my credit card # over the phone and told them my location. They never delivered them . When I called to find out where the pizzas were I was told by the person on the phone( who later turns out to be the owner!) That they had been delivered, an obvious lie because myself & the 12 other parents present never saw one pizza delivered. I asked them where they had been delivered to . The response " I received was I have no idea lady I'm just the pizza guy" I asked him to void my transaction and I would tell the little leaguer s they had to wait another 20 mins so I could order pizzas from somewhere else( by the way cheaper & better tasting too)
The next day I noticed that my transaction had not been voided but I was charged $65.00 for pizzas that were never even delivered.
The BEST PART is the next day, I go to Bill's Pizza's to speak witha manager about the charge, I speak with the owner who was the rudest man I have ever encountered, he lied again about the delivery, said the transaction was voided and said he did not care what I thought nor did he need my business.
With the way he treated me I say Watch out! This is a place to be avoided at all costs!

This place is sooo comfortable

Bill's is the perfect place to meet and hang out. The variety is great and the subs and salads are fantastic. The greek dressing is a family recipe and it is wonderful. The atmosphere is very hip and they just aquired the space next door. It's a fun mix of retro and modern decor.i just have to say that the desserts are yummy.To all you brownie lovers, Emily's brownies are fantastic. They are the fudgiest I've ever tasted ! After a good pizza, salad or sub, the chocolate lover must have a brownie to finish off a great meal.

Doughly/Dry pizza

I'm not picky about pizza, I just don't want it to taste like the big chains. Their pizza dough is dry and too thick (not deep dish style, just too much dough and overcooked). The vegetable toppings I got on the pizza were not fresh.
I haven't tried anything else from there because there are other, better, options nearby. The atmosphere is really nice, though.

There's too much on the menu...I ordered chicken parm and it was dry and I had to wait at least 20 minutes for a take out order. Service was friendly but it seemed really crowed while I was waiting for my food. A lot of the customers that were dinning in had problems finding the napkins which were somewhat hidden. When I got my sandwich out of the wrapping all of the cheese had stuck to the paper and was no longer eatible...they may want to try and stick a piece of tip foil in there to keep it from sticking.

Eat at Bills! The unique setup of this restaurant is almost addictive. Its very high exposed ceiling and openness make it a very inviting spot. The food is great, and don't leave without "mother in-law's baclava"!

slam, bam, thank you mam....WOW..what food! you would not expect anything of this value and taste from what - at first - appears to be just a sub shop; but, we have Beef stew - excellent with excellent pizza dough rolls ... take out for dinner ...no brainer (Just hide the containers and you're a hero on a low budget.)
