I have been going to Puffer's for years. Janessa is a genius with hair. Pam gives the best facials I've ever had in the world (and I travel) and can even make a brazilian fun and as painless as possible.

I have been going to Puffers for about fifteen years. I still have the same stylist and love her even more every time I go for a cut. The whole staff is professional and courteous. They meet any expectations one could have in all their services. Pamper yourself at Puffers you will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to this Salon for many years. I feel like a women when I am there. I get my hair cut, brows done, and have even done the bikini waxing. Always professional! The staff is fun and friendly!

I have gone to puffers for 8 + plus years , and have loved every service. I have had massages with Jen , who by the way is amazing. I also have my manicures and pedicures done by Margarita who has a touch of an angel. I always leave her chair wanting more, she is fabulous. Judy has always been nice. she always looks nice and well dressed. I love that Puffers is always sending there girls out for education in there fields. I absolute love Puffers its not pricey, when it comes to cleanliness,atmosphere, and educated staff. Well done Puffers.

Every Christmas I ask for gift certifcates to Puffers so I can get a facial on my birthday in January. They are worth every penny. We all need to pamper ourselves once in awhile. They work hard to make it as relaxing as can be.

I hae been a customer at Puffers for 10+ years and always enjoyed wonderful service and a very pleasant experience. The environment is great, nice music, light pouring in the windows, etc. Their products are enviromentally friendly and not tested on animals which is a plus. I've always had great cuts (colors, perms, etc) there and if I wasn't delighted with them, I had a free re-do. Great products, great staff, great experience.

As a wedding gift I received a few Puffer's gift certificates. I used them on a massage and loved it. It was very relaxing and the environment was very calm. I have never gotten a hair cut, pedicure, or manicure here, but have seen others who have and they look great!

I have been going to Puffers for nine years. The stylists really know thier stuff but they are sometimes not consistent. One time the cut can be perfect, the next not so perfect. Definately a bit pricey.

Puffers is a nice salon. Haircut prices are reasonable, you do get the works! I have had my eyebrows waxed, and a manicure once. They are pricey but a nice treat.

I have gone here for haircuts, eyebrow waxes, pedicures, and massages. The packaged deals are great! They do an amazing job with the ambiance and give unbelieveable massages. So relaxing. It's expensive, but well worth it!

They have a blue oil product by Aveda that will help with muscle aces, pains, headaches. this stuff works miracles! Staff is always helpful and friendly.

For the few times I have had the luxury of visiting Puffer's I have had a great pleasure being treated like a queen. You really need to splurge though. Very pricy compared to some of the other spas in the area. Facials are the best.

Puffers does a great job. My niece goes there and always come out looking great. They are a little bit pricey, but I guess it costs to look good. The facility is very clean and the employees are very personable.

Time spent at Puffer's = relaxation and peace. I love to receive gift certificates to Puffer's and save them for a special spa service. This makes a great gift and a truly professional experience. The staff is very professional and their level of service is excellent. You can visit Puffer's and not be inundated with gossip or mindless chatter. It is more expensive but it is also a different caliber of service... a total sensory experience.

I found the service and experience of the staff to be really lacking. Will never go there again. They have Boston prices without the experience. And you always have to wait even with an appointment.

I had a free coupon when I moved into our new home. I tried to simply get my eyebrows waxed and I had to wait 2 days to get an appointment for a simple service. I ended up not scheduling and walked in to another salon.

This is the place to go if you want to be pampered. Very upscale and pricey. But worth pampering yourself once in a while. It has a great atmosphere. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Anything your looking for I'm sure you will find here.

Puffers is a great place, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The staff is very professional. My stylist was Jaime, she was excellent, but I decided to leave because it was VERY pricey and I don't feel we have to pay that for haircuts in our area yet- Boston maybe but not western MA! I really liked the salon because they are constantly sending their stylists to classes to learn new techniques.

Puffers Salon & Day Spa is the best in the area. Full service salon & spa with very knowledgable staff. Everything from your basic haircut to permanent eyelash extensions. Spa services range from manicure to pre-natal massage.

A definate stop for a day of pampering. Packages available for all age groups.
