Good Jennifer - Kappa Dental Group

i had a Wonderful experience at Kappa dental group.i had a few fillings and a cap done. no complication the staff and the dentist were friendly and pleasant. i would recommend the place.

This place did a a pretty good job in cleaning my teeth once.

However, don't let them schedule you an appointment after your visit. I wouldn't have done it six months ahead of time, but the receptionist was pushy in having me do it. Flash forward six months. I forgot that I had the appointment and the Kappa Dental office charged me a $50 missed appointment fee! That fee certainly isn't listed on their website or clearly in their appointment policies. I really felt ripped off by this place and won't go back.

their offices VERY nice and VERY clean but the staff is so friendly and nice and understanding. I really love the facilities they are so new and clean and modern, I think they have the top of the line stuff. If you're the type that needs drugs to go to the dentist (PTSD from bad experiences, or too nervous etc) I know they don't offer it (I asked for a friend) Highly Recommend if you are looking for a dentist in Somerville!

The clinic is very clean, the dentists are very informative, they talk you through what they are doing, Very friendly, knowledgeable and gentle work done. Had two extractions and two Implants done with no complications, recovered in 2 days. Highly recomended

PROS: great service. parking Facilities

I was attracted to kappa because it elegant on the outside and had free parking. i was even more impressed inside with the care and comfort the entire team treated me, it was very spacious, very hygeinic and very comfortable. Great staff and the dentist i saw was very knwledgable and adorable.
I highly recommended the place to my friends and family.

These offices are very new and modern. The receptionist is friendly and very accomodating. However, the dentist I saw misdiagnosed several dental problems. I had her do part of the work, then saw another dentist at a different clinic. The new dentist confirmed my suspicions that in fact I did not need ANY work at all done. This was a frustrating and painful (physically and financially) experience for me and I would never go back to Kappa dental.
